The transport of powders makes it a lot cheaper for transport purposes. This premix is in a powdered form and by mixing 1 part into 9 parts COLD WATER with a high-speed mixer, it becomes a fabulous sauce instantly! This is also an excellent opportunity for job creation . . . . . and the setting up of a mini plant that is required for this process is not too costly at all!
